Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds.The turnaround time for the processing of returns would be 10 -15  business days from the date of delivery. At Shop.godsyou, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with our product, we offer a straightforward refund policy to guarantee your peace of mind.

We offer refund and/or exchange within 10 -15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the same item in stock.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchange Policy 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (info@Godsyou.com).

Since refund policy become a legal agreement, it can help an online business in instances when some of the customers claim their rights are not being respected. 

When we receive your returned products, we will fully examine them and notify you via Email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Conditions for Exchange 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement item is not available, we may offer an alternative or issue store credit.
Any price difference between the exchanged product and the original item will be handled according to our pricing policy.


Shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Please mention your order number and share product images along with the reason for the return to help us quickly process your returns.

Cancellation of Return Request  

A request for a return once made can be canceled by contacting Customer Service at info@Godsyou.com In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the product.


Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

As the charge on your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.

In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.

Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.


Refund  Policy for (COD) Cash on Delivery Purchase

At Shop.godsyou, we understand that flexibility is key, especially with cash on delivery (COD) purchases. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your Cash on delivery  purchase, we offer a convenient refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. Kindly ensure that the purchased item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for the return of the item and schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via bank transfer or any other agreed-upon method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding refunds for cash on delivery purchases.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days of the delivery of the product. Refunds are subject to the condition that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund promptly using the original payment method.
